The registration process is simple and allows borrowers and investors to ‘self-register’ on the site. To get started, you click on the link: ‘Portal Login
When you get to the Login Page, click the ‘Registration’ link in the lower left corner of the login dialog or the Registration Button in the upper right corner:
This will begin the registration process by bringing you to a decision block:
Click the tab that matches your relationship with Madison Management Services.
Click Borrower Registration, if you are making payments on a loan being serviced by Madison Management Services.
Click Investor Registration, if you are a lender/investor with loans being serviced by Madison Management Services.
Borrowers with their loans being serviced by Madison Management Services will see the following page to validate their information before being allowed to register on the site:
Enter your Loan Number, Last Name and Social Security Number and click ‘Next’ to validate your account. Click ‘Cancel’ to return the login screen.
Lenders and Investors with a loan or loans being serviced by Madison Management Services will see the following page to validate their information before being allowed to register on the site:
Enter the PIN number provided to you and your entity’s Tax ID and click ‘Next’ to validate your account. Click ‘Cancel’ to return to the login screen.
Once you have passed the verification, you will be able to create a user id for yourself to logon to the system.
Enter your first name, last name, email address and then create a username and password for yourself.
The username cannot contain spaces. The password requirement is: mixed case with at least 1 capital letter, 1 or more digits and 8 characters minimum.
Example: Password10 – has 1 capital letter, 1 or more digits and is greater than 8 characters.
Please do not use Password10 as your password, it is not secure.
Once you have completed the registration process, you’ll be directed to your home page.
